No, tickets are owned by other students and must be transferred through the school's ticket system. This is why protected escrow transactions are needed!
Yes, you can buy upgraded or guest tickets, but they will be marked with a "Upgraded" tag. Alternatively, you can buy a standard ticket, upgrade it, and then buy another one for yourself (at The University of Alabama).
Buyers can remind their sellers to send the ticket in their Active Transactions portal. If they are still taking too long (usually over 24 hours), go to the Contact page located on the navigation bar and fill out the contact form. We will email you personally and investigate the issue.

Assuming there are no buyer complaints, your money will be released after confirming the transfer on your profile. Sellers ususally receive funds within 72 hours.

Sellers have the ability to remind buyers to accept the transfer. You can do this by going to My Transfers, checking your Active Listings and clicking "Remind Buyer". If you want to cancel the transaction, firstly, cancel your ticket transfer through your school's ticket transfer portal. If you want to cancel the transaction, firstly, cancel your transfer on your school's ticket system. Then, go to your Transaction and click Cancel Transaction.
This means the buyer does not have enough class credit hours to be eligible to receive a ticket, or, they already have a ticket for the game. You should cancel the transaction and let us know so the buyer can be made aware.
